Jack Cookson is a multi-instrumentalist and singer songwriter from the South West. His distinct style combines his deeply articulate lyrics with memorable melodic hooks and intricate, fingerstyle guitar arrangements, influenced by elements of blues, folk and punk. He has shared the stage with the likes of Franz Nicolay (Against Me!/The Hold Steady), Cory Branan and Austin Lucas, and in early 2016 he was announced as one of the final four nominees for the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award.

In 2015, he released his self-produced debut album - Revolt & Resolve, whilst  performing extensively throughout the UK. Jack recently released a deluxe physical version of the album featuring two bonus tracks, and has spent time touring in Europe and recording new material in his home studio. Other past releases include his debut EP Five Times (2012), a split EP with Welsh singer-songwriter Ieuan Williams (2014), and a live EP recorded at Helios Studios, Bristol (2015).
